Nursing is my second career. I came to it later — and on purpose. After years in another field, I went back to school knowing exactly what I wanted to do with the license: walk alongside families through birth and the long, tender months that follow.
When I earned my RN, I went straight into doula work. I never spent time in a hospital labor & delivery unit because I never wanted to be the person who clocks in for a shift, hands you off, and disappears. I wanted to be the person who knows your story, your hopes, and your fears — from the first prenatal visit through the last in-home postpartum check.
Luna Care Studio is the practice I built to do exactly that. Holistic, continuous, nursing-informed care for families across Orange County and the Inland Empire — whether you're planning a hospital birth, a home birth, or navigating those first foggy weeks postpartum.
Body, mind, relationships, environment, ancestry, intuition. Holistic care means I tend to all of it — not just what shows up on a chart.
Hospital, home, epidural, unmedicated, planned cesarean — there's no "right" way. My job is to support yours, not steer you to mine.
Most of parenting begins after the birth. Real recovery — physical, emotional, relational, hormonal — needs real, ongoing support.
Spent years in a different field before realizing where I was meant to spend my time — supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the months after.
Earned my BSN as a second-career nurse, with the clear intention of pairing the license with doula work.
Passed the NCLEX and earned my California RN license — bringing evidence-based clinical knowledge into every aspect of my doula practice.
Completed formal birth and postpartum doula training, plus continuing education in lactation support, perinatal mental health, and trauma-informed care.
Full-time private practice serving families across Orange County and the Inland Empire. Medi-Cal credentialed so continuous, holistic care is accessible regardless of income.
