What to Expect

Your session begins with a quiet arrival and brief postpartum check-in. We'll create space to settle in, prepare your body comfortably, and complete your belly binding with intention and care.

This is not a rushed appointment. The goal is to create a moment of restoration during a season that often asks mothers to pour so much of themselves into others.
