I'm a holistic fertility, birth, and postpartum doula — and a Registered Nurse. Nursing is my second career; when I earned my RN license, I went straight into doula work, where I could blend evidence-based knowledge with the slow, whole-person care growing families actually need.

Whether you're trying to conceive, planning a hospital or home birth, or navigating those first foggy weeks postpartum — I'm here to make it feel less scary and a lot more held.
